Hi, I'm Ingrid Karola, creator of BalleTonic.
My life's been all about ballet since I was five, taking me all around the world. After more than two decades as a professional ballet dancer, I expanded my horizon into fitness, becoming not just a Personal Trainer but also a Barre & Pilates Instructor, and a trainer in Progressive Ballet Technique. All this inspired me to create BalleTonic, where we blend the elegance of ballet with the power of fitness, making it accessible for everyone.
