Cancellation Policy

Booking a Class You may book a class up until 24 hours prior to its start time. No bookings will be accepted within the 24-hour window leading up to the class. Cancelling & Rescheduling You can cancel your own booking up to 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before the class starting time. No changes or refunds are possible for missed classes. Provider-Cancelled Classes In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, the following policies will apply: Single Bookings: If a live class is canceled, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another class of equal value at no additional cost.
