Cancellation Policy

Booking a Class You may book a class up until one hour prior to its start time. No bookings will be accepted within the 60-minute window leading up to the class. Cancelling & Rescheduling To reschedule, please do so at least one hour before the class starting time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time allow for re-booking another class without penalty. No changes or refunds are possible for missed classes. Provider-Cancelled Classes In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, the following policies will apply: Single Bookings: You may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another class of equal value at no additional cost. Membership Holders: As members, you enjoy access to all live classes and on-demand videos. If a live class is canceled, we invite you to join the next available class.
