We are excited to announce that soon we are launching our

"Beginner Ballerina Workout Program"!

This program is designed to help women develop strength, flexibility, and grace. You will be able to do these workouts at home or in a studio and they will involve a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, such as pliés, relevés, and arabesques, as well as traditional strength and cardio exercises to help you achieve a toned, lean body while improving your overall strength and flexibility.


Our program consists of a series of  fun and challenging exercises that focus on strengthening and stretching the muscles used in ballet. It will help you learn the basics of ballet and improve your overall fitness. We will also be incorporating a variety of other exercises, such as port de bras, core, and plyometrics, to ensure that you are getting a full-body workout. This program is tailored for all beginners.


You will be provided with detailed instructions through our videos, to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly.
